Wesley White, son of Jacob and Avice Shaw White, was born on November 19, 1923 and passed to his reward on November 29, 1837. It aprears some sickness or illness was present in 1837 for the Shaw family. Wesley and two of his brothers, Robert S. and William, all died within three weeks of each other and 5 months previous, their sister Nancy M. passed away. Jacob and Avice lost 4 of their children all within one year.
