She was born Feb. 6, 1937, in Lock Haven, a daughter of the late Richard W. and Edna Mae Johnson Mincer. She married Walter J. Walker, who died in 1982. On Sept. 5, 1998, she married Dana H. Glenn, who survived at home.
She attended the Great Island Presbyterian Church. She was a volunteer for Girl Scouts of America. She was a member of the Parent Teacher Association and of the Jersey Shore Moose Ladies Auxiliary. She was past president of the American Legion Post 131 Ladies Auxiliary.
She served on the board of the Millbrook Playhouse and of the Clinton County Fair Committee. She was also active with the Democratic Party and served as a jury commissioner.
In addition to her husband, she was survived by two daughters; three sisters, Edna Watkins of Monument, Betty Bowman of Salona and Arlene Garrett of Flemington; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Walter and David.
Memorial services were held at the Helt Hanna Kline Funeral Home, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, with the Reverend Kenneth Page officiating.
