Born in Braidwood, Ill., he came here 21 years ago from Elgin, Ill., and was a retired self-employed service station operator. He was a Protestant and a member of Elgin BPOE. Survivors include his wife, Pearl M.; son Edgar W., Elgin; two daughters, Olive Browne, California, and Janice Kellenberger, brother Wesley, Tampa; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. Lewis W. Mohn Funeral Home, Seminole.
