Mrs. Alice Irene Sexton. 37, wife of Herman Sexton of Bramwell died Wednesday in Jefferson Nursing Home after a long illness. A native of Powhatan, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Preston Scott.. Survivors, other than the husband. include one son, James Sexton of the U. S. Army: two daughters. Shirley .Ann and Aletha Goldie Sexton of home: two sisters, Goldie Sexton of Charleston and Mrs. Gladys Hicks' of Mesa, Ariz., four brothers, Charles. Hohert and Howard Scott of Switchback and Earl Scott of Chicago, 111 Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 m. a t Maybeury Church of God with Rev. Rill Quessenberry and Rev. C’. C. Blevins officiating and burial in Wood lawn Cemetery. The body will be taken from Bennett Funeral Home in North-fork to the residence of a brother. Charles Scott, today at 4 p.m , to await the funeral hour.
