Melina B. Feitor, 96, of Waterville and formerly of Augusta, died Tuesday, November
18, 2003, at Mount St. Joseph?s Nursing Home in Waterville.

She was born in Canada on April 20, 1907 the daughter of Elzeor and Josephine (Nadeau) Royer.
She moved to Maine at the age of 16 and went to work as a spinner at Bates Manufacturing.
During World War II, Melina worked at Bath Iron Works as a welder. After the war, she returned to
Bates and retired from there. In her later years, she worked as a foster grandparent for five years,
retiring at the age of 80.

Melina enjoyed cooking. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church.
Mrs. Feitor was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Feitor; a daughter, Theresa Noble; and a
sister, Eva Brunelle.

She is survived by a son, Clement Bolduc and his wife, Lillian, of Benton; a daughter, Rita Bolduc, of
Tennessee; a sister, Yvonne Berube, of Augusta; 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and
four great-great grandchildren.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary of the Assumption Church with the
Rev. Michael Gendreau as the celebrant. Burial will follow at Holy Family Cemetery.

Arrangements are in the care of Knowlton and Hewins Funeral Home, One Church Street, Augusta.
