The greater part of her life was spent in Oswego.
She was a communicant of St. Mary's church and was interested in the varied activities of the parish, being a member of the Rosary society and Womans club.
Her husband, for many years, was press telegraph operator on the Oswego Palladium end later was in charge of the Western Union office at Columbia Mills, Minetto.
He died October 25, 1942.
Surviving Mrs. O'Brian are two sons, John D. O'Brian, a member of the faculty of Fredonia schools, and William F. O'Brian, Oswego; one sister, Mrs. James R. Brown, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will ne held Tuesday morning at the home of her son, William F. O'Brian 208 East Ninth street at 9 o'clock and in St. Mary's church at9:30.
Interment will be in St. Paul's cemetery.
