The former Loretta Nachtwey was born in the Town of Bellevue, Aug. 5, 1897, and married Mr. Achten in 1919. He preceded her in death in 1954. She had been an employe at Royal Cleaners for many years.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Peter (Agatha) Minten, and Mrs. Reuben (Loretta) Bernetzke, both of DePere; five grandchildren; five greatgrandchildren; three brothers, Joseph Nachtwey, De Pere; Clem, Green Bay and Gerhardt, Black Creek; two sisters, Mrs. William (Eleanor) Arts, and Mrs. Louis (Caroline) Peters, both of De Pere.
Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home De Pere after 4 p.m. Tuesday. Prayer vigil 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Charles Duerr officiating. Burial In Mount Olivet Cemetery.
