Hazel Hamm
Mrs. Hazel Hamm, 65, 800 N. Washington St., died at Bloomington Hospital at 2:45 p.m. Friday. She was a life-long resident of Monroe county and was born Jan. 11, 1903, the daughter of Jacob Hartman and Catherine Stuart Hartman.
She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, and of the Mother Church in Boston, Mass. Survivors include her husband, Clifford Hamm; two sisters, Mrs. Leatha Chandler, 501 Gourley Pike, and Mrs. Pearl Bush, 102 E. Seventeenth St.; three brothers, John Hartman, 2404 Brown Ave., Dewey Hartman, R. 4 Bloomington, and Charles Lambe, 1407 W. Sixth St.
Christian Science services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Allen Colonial Chapel, with Otis O. Patton, reader. Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Friends may call at 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. today and 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
