Franklin Lee Lotts, 85, of Lexington, Virginia died Thursday, January 31, 2019 at his home.
He was born May 27, 1933 in Rockbridge County to the late Robert Nelson Lotts and Sallie White.
He was also preceded by his wife, Betty Linkenhoker Lotts, and son, Kevin L. Lotts.
He was a member of Lauderdale A. R. Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his daughter, Karen Grimm; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Benjamin Dowling III.
Burial will follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.
