Thomas and David Bert's father, Bert Yarbrough died when Thomas was only 7 month old in Nov of 1899, their mother Dynitia remarried in 1900 to John Riddle, the boys were found living with their mom and new husband in the 1900 Limestone County, Alabama census but in 1910 were living in Limestone Co, Alabama with their grandparents, the Marks at that time. Later in life both boy moved to Birmingham, Alabama and Nashville, Davidson Co. Tennessee where they had families of their own.
