Mrs. Leona Katherine Baucom, 93, of Athens, Alabama, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2010, at the Athens Convalescent Center.

Graveside services will be Monday, July 19, 2010, at 10 a.m. with Chris Pirtle officiating at the Athens City Cemetery.

Mrs. Baucom was a member of the Tuscium Church of Christ.

Survivors include her daughter, Martha Jo Tuck, Athens; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Shirlee Annett Baucom Wright.

Married Charles Baucom on Sept. 29, 1934, Nashville, Williamson Co, TN.
