Mrs. John Gleason, an old resident of LaHarpe, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Emmett, at Smithshire, Tuesday last and was brought to LaHarpe today for burial. She was aged nearly seventy years, and was well known in LaHarpe and vicinity. Elder Ventress preached the funeral at the M. P. church.
