Mrs. Carlisle (Hazel Gayle) Hazelwood, 50, o 1515 Hazel St., Oshkosh, died Tuesday in University Hospital, Madison. She was born Feb. 26, 1929, the daughter of Floyd and Laura Halla. She was married to Carlisle S. Hazelwood, Feb. 20, 1948. Mrs. Hazelwood worked for Standard-Kollsman and for the past 10 years with SNC Manufacturing Company, Inc. She was an amateur radio operator.
Surviving are her widower; two sons, Michael and Mark, both of Oshkosh; her mother, Mrs. Laura Halla, Amherst Junction; two brothers, Floyd Halla, Beloit and Chris Halla, Iola; two sisters, Mrs. Verley (Donna) Paulson, Amherst Junction and Mrs. Terry (Mary) Gafney, Fond du Lac; and three grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Fiss and Bills Funeral Home, the Rev. Ray Stry officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Friends may call tonight at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m.
