FUNERAL HELD FOR MRS. FUNSTON'S FATHER
Funeral services for the late Otto Blankart, father of Mrs. Frederick Funston, wife of the late general of the United States army, were held yesterday at the parlors of Ashley & McMullen, Geary street and Sixth avenue. The Rev. Lee, pastor of the St. James' Protestant Episcopal Church, officiated. The services were private. The body was cremated.
Blankart, who was 74 years old, died Monday, following an illness of some time. He was a native of Germany, and had been in the country for many years.
Besides Mrs. Funston, Blankart is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Frank Howlett.
