Mosher , Marie (nee Capella), (Masi), - 89, of Hammonton, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017. Marie was born in Hammonton, NJ and resided there most of her life. She was a graduate of Hammonton High School and treasurer of the Class of 1946. Marie was den mother for Cub Scout Troop 60, St. Martin DePorres. She was awarded the Boy Scouts of America Silver Fawn Medal for distinguished service. Marie loved arts and crafts, dancing, gardening, and baking. She was a devotee of Saint Padre Pio. Marie was predeceased by her parents, John and Margaret Capella (nee Longo), step-father Onofrio Basile; her husband Robert Mosher; and her dear friend Frank Szczepanski. Marie is survived by her children, Marlene Hingstman (Louis), Christina Kelley, John Masi (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Leila Masi, Kristin Hingstman, and Matthew Hingstman; and her former husband Alfred Masi. Marie's family extends a special thank you to her caregivers at Seashore Garden Living Center Comfort Care. A viewing will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Carnesale Funeral Home, 202 S. Third Street in Hammonton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11:30 AM at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish Church of St. Joseph's, 226 French Street in Hammonton. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Hammonton.
