My Great-Great-Uncle. Bill was born on March 20, 1929 in Dill, Oklahoma to Charles William King Sr. and Isophene Almire Cochran. He loved John Wayne westerns and country western music and had an extensive record collection. He also loved swap meats and got many records from them. He served in the US Navy fighting in the Korean War and was honorably discharged from active service. He met Carmen Cuentas at Whittier Presbyterian Hospital where he worked as a custodian and she a nurse, they later married on October 18, 1963 in Los Angeles, California and shortly after moved to Rowland Heights where they lived the rest of their married life, they were married for 41 Years until Carmen passed in 2005. He passed away on March 26, 2019 at an assisted living facility in Rowland Heights, California at the age of 90. He was predeceased in death by his wife Carmen and Parents Charles and Isophene King He is survived by his Step-Children Linda Carter, Donald Cuentas and wife Vivian, Barbara Vargas and Leo Cuentas and wife Sally, 9 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
