Mary is survived by her son, Tom Saluri Jr. and his wife, Judy, of Marion; her daughter, Diana Russo and her husband, Mark, of Iowa City; and her daughter, Rosemary Morris and her husband, Michael, of Cedar Rapids. She also is survived by her grandchildren, Michael Saluri and Jenna and Carrie Morris.
Her husband, Tom, died in 2003.

She married Tom Saluri of Des Moines in 1942 and served overseas in the U.S. Army as a dietitian during World War II.
