Born January 2, 1936 in Hamilton, VA, she was the daughter of the late John David Keister and Lillian Ruth Neff Keister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry in 2015 and one sister, Dorothy Rickard.
Wanda was a graduate of Lovettsville High School, class of 1954. She attended Silver Grove United Methodist Church.
Wanda was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary Aerie # 1136, a former member and officer of Moose Lodge, Chapter 660, and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Steadman-Keenan Post No. 96 of the American Legion, all of Brunswick, MD.
She is survived by her daughter, R. Lynn Folk and husband, Philip of Harpers Ferry, WV; two sons, Harry W. Biller, III and wife, Cari and John David “JD” Biller, all of Harpers Ferry; four grandchildren, Jeremiah Folk and wife, Jennifer of Mt. Sterling, KY; Kia Biller of Austin, TX; Cody Biller and wife, Kori of Houston, TX and J. Dakota Biller of Harpers Ferry; four great-grandchildren, Cade Folk, Kingsley Biller, Beverly biller and Sterlin Biller; one sister, Johanna Keister of Fairfax, VA and four brothers, Robert Keister and wife, Patricia of Harpers Ferry; Shirley Keister of Newark, CA; Mack Keister and wife, Helen of Lovettsville, VA and Keith Keister of Lexington Park, MD.
A memorial service was held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Mike Lida officiating.
The family received friends at the funeral home two hours prior to the service.
Burial was made inFairview Lutheran Cemetery, Bolivar, WV.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jefferson County Community Ministries, 238 W. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV 25414.
