$100,000. CASH SALE ANNOUNCED
Sale of the Seton Arms apartment, 1244 Tenth Avenue, to J.A. and Emma Woodyard for $100,000.00 was announced yesterday by the Page Realty company, the transaction was a straight cash sale, the purchasers paying cash for the property and improvements. This deal is one of the largest real estate sales that has been made here recently, and is regarded by realtors as a concrete example of San Diego real estate soundness for investment as well as an indication of improvement in local investment in local business conditions.
Mr. and Mrs. Woodyard have been living in the apartment building for six years, a representative of the Page company said. The property was sold by the Portula company through its business manager, Guy Lichty.
