Burial was to follow in the church cemetery directed by Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home on the old Sunset Hwy.
Survivors include his wife, the former Joyce Bertrand Bihm of Opelousas; two daughters, Mrs. Wilson (Norma) Stelly and Miss Beverly Bihm, both of Opelousas; five brothers, Clennie and Ferdie Bihm, both of Opelousas; Leo Bihm of Port Arthur, Tex., J. B. Bihm of Baton Rouge and Currie[s] Bihm of Lawtell; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Bihm was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. Military rites will be held at the graveside by the local National Guard Unit.
