Died, Berne, August 31, 1855.
She commended her spirit into the hands of God
without fear and without agitation
trusting solely to the merits and blood of
our blessed Lord and Saviour
JESUS CHRIST
who, in her last hours, abundantly performed
those exceeding great and precious promises
made to her and to all mankind
in the Holy scriptures.
"And as they were afraid, and bowed down their
faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek
ye the living among the dead."
