SKINNER - KRAUSE

McAllen – In a ceremony performed Sunday morning at the First Baptist church in Edinburg, Miss Gladys Krause, daughter of Mrs. Carrie Krause, was married to Mr. Will Allen Skinner of Edingurg, son of Mrs. W. L. Skinner of Monroeville, Alabama.

The ceremony was performed at 830 a.m. with Rev. Dallas Lee reading the lines for the single ring ceremony.Only close friends and relatives of the young couple were present at the church which was bright with autumn blooms.
The bride entered the church with her brother-in-law Mr. Albert Champion of Weslaco. As she entered Mrs. Howard Faulkner played the Bridal Chorus from Lohengrin. Mrs. Skinner was smartly gowned in a teal blue costume suit trimmed with brown lapin. With this she used red rust accessories. Her corsage was formed of talisman roses.
Miss Virginia Casey, the bride's only attendant, wore a wine outfit with black accessories and a corsage of pink roses.

Following the ceremony the Skinners left for Corpus Christi and Houston. After a short trip they will be at home in Edinburg where Mr. Skinner is employed by the Garrett Cleaning Company.
