Nancy was born Oct. 2, 1938, in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of the late Raymond and Marie Simons Phillips.
She was a 1956 graduate of Howland High School and was a hardworking mom at General Electric until she retired in 2003. She had an artistic talent and loved painting and drawing. She enjoyed traveling and loved spending time with her family.
Nancy will be deeply missed by her children, Lawrence (Darlene) Rigsby, Lisa (Greg) Luscher, Philip D.J. Rigsby; her sisters, Joanne Barrow and Dottie Hardwick; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws; and her second husband, Doug Tackett.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald W. Rigsby; her son, Raymond R. Rigsby; and her brother, Richard Phillips.
