Harold "Bill" Adair passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. He was born in Barberton on February 18, 1931 and was 88 years old.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Helen (nee Thomas); parents, Mildred (nee Neal) and Harold Adair; sister, Jeanne (Gordon) Swain; brother, Walt; sister, Dawn Delight Burke; and daughter, Karen Luck.

He is survived by his children, Mark Adair and Colleen (Joel) Campbell; grandchildren, Kristy (Paul) Zentiska, KC (Lisa) Luck, Meghan, Katie, and Tommy Adair, Ben, Cory, and Joshua Campbell; great grandchildren, Kenidee, PJ, Kyle, Kaydince, Liam, Talon, Nolan and Aiden. He is also survived by his sister-in-law and-brother-in-law Jim and Martha Cosgrove and sister-in-law Ruth Adair.

Bill was known as a hard-working family man. He served in the Army National Guard as a tank driver. He had 70 years of experience in plastics and owned his own business Barberton Mold and Machine for 31 years. He spent his time at home between his family and his church, Lakeview UMC where he participated in the choir until he was 86 years old.

Bill enjoyed taking time to experience all that Barberton had to offer. He frequented Lake Anna for daily walks with his dog Daisy and enjoyed the summer concert series. He especially enjoyed meeting other dog walkers on his regular walks.

Funeral Services will be held SATURDAY, May 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Lakeview United Methodist Church, 211 3rd Street NW, Barberton. The family will receive friends, FRIDAY, May 10 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton and prior to the service SATURDAY from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will take place at Lakewood Cemetery, Akron.
