HOUSTON - Mary Waters Arnold, 90, died Saturday. Mrs. Arnold was born August 27, 1899, in St. Louis, Mo., to Loretta Pilkington Waters and Martin Henry Waters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Edmond
Beauregard Arnold and her sister, Elise Waters Goodall. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and was a past president of the Women's Auxiliary of the Houston Dental Society.

A funeral Mass was held 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Houston, the Rev. John C. Perusina officiating. Burial followed at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Garden of Gethsemane, under the direction of George H. Lewis &Sons. Pallbearers were James L. Masten Jr., Edmond A. Masten, Thomas E. Cain Jr., David A. Kitson, Dr. William S. Banks III and Stephen V. Vallone.

Survivors include her brother, Dr. Martin Henry Waters of St. Louis, Mo.; children, Mary Loretta and husband J. Lewis Masten, Virginia Waters and husband Thomas J. Feehan, Anne Arnold Knight and Therese Catherine and husband
Dr. Thomas E. Cain; grandchildren, James L. Masten Jr., Edmond A. Masten, Anne E. Feehan Banks, Mary V. Feehan Vallone, Catherine M. Feehan, Carol A. Knight Kitson, Mary A. Knight Hughes, William J. Knight III, Julie Anne Cain, Thomas E. Cain Jr.; seven great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

Memorials may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church.
