Walter J. La Rue Passes Away Saturday Night
Walter Jacob La Rue, aged 51 years, passed away early Saturday afternoon at a hospital in Wichita.
Mr. La Rue came to Wichita from El Dorado 8 years ago. He was a member of the U. T. C. He is survived by his wife, Grace Kenoyer La Rue, (a daughter of George Kenoyer of Leon) and one daughter, Martha Naomi La Rue, at home; one brother, E. D. La Rue, of Sidney, Montana.
Funeral services were held at the Downing Mortuary, on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Dr. Samuel E. West, officiating.
Mr. La Rue was known by many in the Leon vicinity.
