Masonic Rites will be held at Rosehill Cemetery Tuesday following funeral services at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church for C.B. Davis, assistant state's attorney of Ward County.

Mr. Davis, 70, died Saturday.

Active pallbearers, D.M. Schrepel, Ivan Goneen, Dr. Charles Hoffman, Colin Brown, Robert Cory, and Kenneth Pringle.

Named as honorary pallbearers are J.H. Colton, Harry P. Simpson, Ray Hardy, Dr. R.C. Lang, B.J. Thomas, Dr. William G. H___gn, Dr. A.D. McCannel, Ray Zorn, C.L. Olson, J.M. Thorn, Dr. Don Davy, Sherman Day, H.A. Kluver, L.A. Cory, and John Underdahl.

Here for the services: son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Rodger B. Davis of Seattle, Washington; two daughters, Mrs. Eskel Kjellberg of Seattle, Lesline Collinson of Clarksville, Tennessee; and two sisters, Mary C. and Bess Davis of Portland, Wisconsin. His brother, Harry J. Davis of Sacramento, California will not be present.
