Lori McIntosh Smith departed this life November 26, 2017 of Grand Rivers, Kentucky. Lori was born in Paducah, Kentucky on February 9, 1965 to Tommy and Madeline Holt McIntosh. She was 52 years old. Lori was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School class of 1983.
Lori is survived by her husband, Donnie Smith of Grand Rivers, Kentucky; her parents, Tommy and Madeline Holt McIntosh of Paducah, Kentucky; her children, Dr. Leah McIntosh of Corinth, Mississippi and Jaden Matthews of Paducah, Kentucky; step-daughters, LaDonna Miller and Brandi Crass of Paducah, Kentucky; siblings, Dr. Jay McIntosh and wife Kimberly of Conroe, Texas and Josh McIntosh and wife Amber of Paducah, Kentucky: 7 grandchildren, Sullivan and Everleigh of Corinth, Mississippi and Sara, Sydni, Tristan, Lanie and Madison all of Paducah, Kentucky and numerous other family members.
Lori also had a best buddy, Markie, a male Shih-Tzu.
She will be laid to rest at Mount Pleasant Cemetery of Boaz, Kentucky next to her beloved grandparents, James Davis and Sue McIntosh at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2017 with her brother, Dr. Jay McIntosh officiating.
There will be no public visitation.
