OBIT.—On Thursday (yesterday) afternoon, at Cross Roads, Mr James Murrin, an old and well-known resident of the Moonta district, passed away at the comparatively early age of 55 years and 20 months, the cause of death being miners consumption. The deceased, who came to the district some 29 years ago, leaves a widow and large family for whom much sympathy is felt. The funeral takes piece this (Friday) afternoon. (From the Trove Website).
