Celebration of Life services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Red Oak Cemetery with the Rev. Coy Quesenbury officiating. Arrangements are by Red Oak Funeral Home.
Mr. Holdaway was born Aug. 4, 1945, in Amarillo to Oby Carl and Myrtle Lee Holdaway. He had been employed as a forklift operator for Target Distribution Warehouse for the past year. He was previously employed for many years at Fleming Foods.
Survivors include his mother, Myrtle Holdaway; two daughters, Stacye Osborn and husband Scott of Waxahachie and Hollye Hernandez and husband John of Lewisville; two sisters, Barbara Morris and Sharon Graham, both of Amarillo; and five grandchildren, Tiffani, Waylon, Zechariah and Jacob Osborn, and Claire Hernandez.
