Memorial services will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Latta United Methodist Church directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 1:45-2:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Born in Marion County, SC, April 9, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Pharaoh Chalmers Brown and Mattie Belle Daniel Brown. She was a member of Latta United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Bible Class, and Josephine Stackhouse Circle. She graduated from Centenary-Rains High School, and was employed over 20 years with Dilmar Tire Company, and she retired from Morrell Tire Service after 20 years of service.
Survivors include her son, David M. Haselden, III of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Denise M. Haselden of Elloree; sisters, Frances Brown Drew of Rains, and Beth Brown Hill of Winston-Salem, NC; several nieces and nephews.
