Shirley Voyles, age 84, of Campbellsburg, passed away Monday, August 5. 2019 at Baptist Health Floyd. Mrs. Voyles was born August 1, 1935 in Campbellsburg, Indiana the daughter of Charles Nolan Alexander and Viola Fay Thixton Alexander.
She was a member of Turning Point Christian Church in Salem. She was a graduate of Campbellsburg High School, Class of 1953. She was a Bus Driver for West Washington Schools for 32 years.
Shirley is survived by her son: Tom Voyles, and his wife, Barb of Campbellsburg, two brothers: Hubert Alexander of Indianapolis and Steve Alexander of Campbellsburg, six grandchildren: Andi Brough, Dustin Voyles, Ashley Sullivan, Michelle Roll, Darrell Brown and Lisa Walker, and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son: Donnie Voyles and her parents and a great-grandson: Lane Voyles.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Claysville Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8PM and Thursday from 9AM-time of service.
