She is survived by husband William R----, two sons, W------ S Stephens II of Princeton, D----- A Stephens with his wife, S------ E Stephens, and daughter L--- K Stephens of Marietta, GA, two siblings, J--- D Osting, with wife, J---- W Osting, and sister, M--- E Osting.
The family has designated the COPD Foundation for memorial contributions.
Memorial Services will be held in Louisville, Kentucky.
