Ada Battisti, a longtime resident of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY and a native of Frosinone, Italy died peacefully at her home on September 25, 2003. She was 94. A very loving and caring person, she is survived by three adoring daughters: Cecilia Kingston and Rose Bassmann, both of Hastings-on-Huson and Clare Battisti of Hartsdale. Cherished grandmother of Paula Wright, Sheila Pederson, Toniann Bove, Jan Bassmann-Brown and Greg Bassmann and 12 great-grandchildren. Also survived by two sisters and four brothers in Itay. Ada's beloved husband, Anthony, predeceased her. Friends may call at the Hastings Funeral Home, 15 Spring Street on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass at St. Matthew Church on Monday at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
