She was born September 15, 1903 in North Carolina, a daughter of Crusoe and Augusta Holcomb Ramsey.
She is survived the three sons, Hershel and R. C. Vaughn of Lowell, Homer Vaughn of Oklahoma City; six daughters, Mrs. Freda Murray of Parthenon, Mrs. Lonnie Breedlove of Harrison, Mrs. Judith Burton of Lowell, Bill Ramsey of Indiana, Sanford Ramsey of Lowell, Olen Ramsey of Kansas; five sisters, Mrs. Ollie Allen of Clarksville, Mrs. Ida Reynolds of Indiana, Mrs. Carmon Guyce of Cave Springs, Mrs. Olsie Harris of Kansas, Hervena Vaughn of Oklahoma City; 34 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
The funeral was held May 15 at the Wayton Church, Wayton, AR with burial in the Snow Cemetery, Wayton, AR.

Mary Louella (Ramsey) Vaughn is the daughter of Robinson Crusoe & Agusta 'Gustie' (Holcomb) RAmsey. She is the wife of Joseph 'Charlie' Vaughn. Together they raised eleven children. Those children are; Helen, Hershel, Freida, Lonnie May, Homer, Juanita, Lucille, R.C., Onsalea, Maxine & Delbert.
