Dale "Groundhog" Emerson, resident of Bergman, was born 12 January 1950, in Texas, son of the late Ted and Lucille Emerson of Bergman. Dale passed away Friday, 3 August 2012 at his home in Bergman.
He is survived by one son, Kevin Emerson, of Bergman; one sister, Glenda Brewer of Green Forest; two half-brothers, Cecile Emerson and wife, Anna, of Wichita, Kansas and Gary Emerson, of New Mexico; a half-sister, Linda Donahue, of Belleville; one niece, Melinda Creekmore and husband, Shawn, of Osage; three nephews, Chris Brewer, of Hilltop, Donnie Brewer and wife, Nisha, of Green Forest and Bryant Emerson and wife, Sara, of Topeka, Kansas; four great-nieces; four great-nephews; and many friends.
Graveside service was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, 14 August 2012
