Shirley Gene Ramsey is the son of Connie K. & Nancy Lee (Vaughn) Ramsey. He is the husband of Erlene (Beeler) Ramsey. Together they had three children. Their names are; David, Denise & Tod.

Shirley drowned when the jeep he was in left the road and crashed into a creek.
