Below thanks to Deborah MacGregor ... "The spelling of Klym's last name in the old country was "Wojtik", but it was changed to "Woychuk" when he came to Selkirk. Later, in about 1928, when the couple moved to Mayfield, the name took on the spelling 'Waytiuk' and that is how it is written today. (from Manitoba Local Area History Books- East side of the Red)
