"Millard Filmore Berry 74, died at 5:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his home, 5 miles north of Columbia.
Mr. Berry, the son of Samuel W. and Mary Hulen Berry, was married in 1886 to Miss Emma Allison. He was a member of the Red Top Christian Church for half a century.
In addition to his widow, he is also survived by one daughter, Mrs. T.J. Holloway, Jr. of Columbia; two brothers, J.H. Berry, of Hallsville, and William Berry, of Sturgeon: one sister, Mrs. J. Cal Roberts, of Hallsville; and two grandchildren, Millard Berry, of Flint, Mich., and Emma Lillian Holloway, of Columbia.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at Red Top church, and burial will take place in the cemetery adjoining."
