Survivors include his wife, Edith Marion Noyes; a son, Louis C. Noyes Jr.; two daughers, Miss Nellie Noyes and Mrs. William Kindel, all of St. Petersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Clark, Chicago, and Mrs. Harvey Belen, Mattoon, Ill.; a brother, Frank Noyes, Springfield, Ill.; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
