Birth month reported in sexton's record is probably inferred from reported age at time of death and may not be accurate. Assuming the age of 7 months is accurate, the birth month is as likely to be September as October.

The newspaper obituary for this child says he died in Macon. Macon GA 1884 city directory p. 200 says R. A. Ware is a night clerk for the Southern Express Company and resides at the corner of Cowels and Maple streets. 1887 directory p 160 says R. A. Ware is a money clerk for Southern Express Company and resides at 5 Cole Street. 1888-89 directory p. 308 says Robert A. Ware is a clerk for Southern Express Company and resides at 131 Cole Street. That is the address Robert and his 2nd wife are living at on the 1900 census, when he is a traveling grocery salesman. So this child was bornas well as died in Macon

Sexton's record says Harry Tindel Ware, a male, died age 7 months in Columbus, GA, and buried May 12, 1886 in Lot 265 of Section 1, with sexton's remark: probably in unmarked grave to left of John & Emmie Bedell; son of Mr. & Mrs. R. A. Ware, Jr. [apparently Robert Alexander Ware & 1st wife nee Margaret Shaw]. [This information apparently came from a card made in the 20th century for the sexton's card file (an index), although I can't presently locate the card. The details on the card (except the comment) would have come from the original burial record in the sexton's ledger. However the original record doesn't say this child was born in Columbus, or have a birth date. It says a child of Robert Ware was born in GA, died age 7 months of brain fever, and was buried May 12, 1886 in Lot 265 of Section 1 as a Non-Resident of Columbus.]

This grave has no inscribed marker. The sexton comment about likely location of the grave refers to a shared monument for John and Emmie Bedell (no dates), infant sons of W. R. and Margaret (Ware) Bedell. That grave is in Lot 99 of Section A in the Historic Linwood Cemetery book by Dolores Autry, edited by Lea Dowd and others, Vol. 1. Autry A-99 includes city 1-265, 266, 267 and 268. Also marked in Autry A-99 are Henry Tindal's paternal grandparents, Dr. Robert Alex. and Margaret Caldwell (Ellison) Ware
