After 42 years, JT retired from Entergy in Little Rock, AR and he and Ophie returned to his childhood home, Locust Bayou. JT was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors. He was a craftsman whose favorite creation was the walking canes he made with deer hooves for handles. He was a devoted husband to Ophie and would do anything for his three beloved children.
J.T. was preceded in death by his father and mother, Travis and Hattie Grisham, daughter, Briget Grisham, Sisters, Mary Helen Thurber and Lillian Sanders. He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Ophie Grace Grisham, his daughter Rebecca Brawner (Dan), Terry Grisham (Kami) and Grandson Conner Grisham.
