(poor handwriting appears to be) Mary Converse...". On Pg. 34 of the same notebook, the upper third of which is a duplication of the entries on Pg. 5 but in better handwriting, is written "...Mrs. Converse...".
This may be Rebeca (Bellows) Convers, daughter of Joseph & Rebeca () Bellows. Second wife of Putnam Convers. They married in Northbridge, 16-Nov-1823. The marriage was also recorded in Sutton. She died in Sutton, Nov-1831. Her age is recorded as 25 in the death record, which does not seem correct based on the recorded birth year, 1767, of sibling Calvin. Also it does not fit with 26-44 age range of the adult female in the Putnam Convers family in 1830. (There is also record of a Rebeca Bellows, daughter of Calvin & Lydia Bellows, born 24-Jul-1803 in Sutton.)
Alternatively, this may be Metilda Converse, wife of Thaddus (Thadeus), who died 3-Oct-1811 in Sutton. No further information has been located.
