Elizabeth was the daughter of George and May Hill. She was first married to William Bailey and together they had four children. She later married John Alexander Harkin. "Lizzie" died at home, living at 2826 N Marston Street in Philadelphia. Her daughter Lillian was the informant on her death certificate. Elizabeth was buried in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Yeadon, PA on Wednesday, August 13, 1941.
