Betty M. Dutton, 80 years old of Elyria, Ohio passed away at University Hospital's Elyria Medical Center on Wednesday, November 13, 2019mfollowing a long illness.
Betty was born on January 3, 1939 in Newport, Tennessee and made her home in Elyria since 1980. She was a former member of the Church of Christ in Amherst, Ohio and had an earlier career in real estate. She enjoyed crocheting, bowling and was the Ohio State Champion in Archery in the 70's.
Surviving are her husband, Mitchel Dutton; two daughters, Anita Dutton (Mike Smith) of Medina ad Susan Thompson (David) of Elyria, Ohio; two granddaughters, Mandy Koscinski (James) of Sheffield Lake and Megan Thompson of Elyria. Also surviving are five great grandchildren, Jakson, Kassidy, Roxanne, Phoebe and Deakon; and five sisters, Grace, Roberta, Debbie, Kaye and Iva.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Robbie (nee McMahan) Sparks; and one sister, Hazel.
Friends will be received at the Reichlin Roberts Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland Street, Elyria, Ohio on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of services at 1:00 P.M. Pastr Cahrles Sallee, a cousin of the deceased will officiate. Burial will follow at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria, Ohio
