Elmer Lloyd SIngleton was born on February 6, 1896 in Ava, Missouri to Austin Singleton and Mary Jane Mallonee. He passed away on March 10, 1982 at the Cox Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri. Elmer was first married to Eva Yeisley then married Mae Hatfield Bristol. Mae passed away in 1967. Elmer was survived by three daughters, two step-sons; a brother, Will Singleton of Springfield; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; eleven step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren. One daughter is deceased.
