Alfred Hudson, 90, passed away Friday, March 6, 2020 at his home in Ferdinand, IN. Born July 30, 1929 in Tell City, he was the son of the late Henry H. and Ella Mae Foster Hudson.

He married Helen Scudder on May 25th 1973. He was a farmer and then retired from General Motors. Alfred was a U.S. Army Korean Conflict veteran and was a member of American Legion Post 124 of Ferdinand and enjoyed playing cards, and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Helen of Ferdinand; a daughter Angela (Todd) Reed of Sellersburg, IN; grandchildren, Joshua, John , Nicole and 4 great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents is a son John, a daughter Rhonda and a brother Allen Hudson.

Services will be held at 11am EST Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Beard Cemetery near Bristow, IN with Bro. Al Madden officiating. Ferdinand American Legion Post 124 will provide military honors.
