Mrs. Louise Dodsworth, wife of J. S. Dodsworth, 5501 Central street, underwent a major operation at Research hospital today. Her condition is satisfactory, physicians said.

She Was Widow of Stationery Firm President
Mrs. Louise W. Dodsworth, 70, widow of John S. Dodsworth, formerly president of the Samuel Dodsworth Stationery company, 412 West Tenth street, died yesterday at the home of a sister, Miss Elizabeth Willis, Pasadena, Calif.
Mrs. Dodsworth was a resident of Kansas City forty years. She was a resident of the Rockhill Manor before she went to California on a visit several months ago.
Also surviving are another sister, Mrs. Mary C. Brett, Pasadena, and a brother, Judge Henry M. Willis, Los Angeles.
