He was married to Elizabeth Hodges, Sept 17, 1854. She died and he married Sarah M. Yarbrough , Dec 6, 1860. Until 1877 she died, and he married again on Jan 1, 1891, to Martha Rowlins. He united with the Shady Grove Baptist Church in 1850, after which he went into the constitution of the Pleasant Hill Church I where he remained until 1870. He went back to Shady Grove by letter and in 1873 went by letter in to Mr. Pleasant Church. He leaves a wife and 6 children and a host of friends. MT. PLEASANT
