Rehkopf Glenell "Nell", age 88, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2001 in Plano, Texas. She was born March 16, 1913 to Phillip and Lillian Lanier. Nell owned Rehkopf Mattress Factory in Texarkana, Texas for many years.
She is survived by her brother, Jack Lanier, nieces, Jackie Chapman, Judy Prudy, Janet Hale, Jennifer Balman, Julie Ormston, and Gail Perry; nephews, Mark Tindell, Sandy Wieser, and Bill Rodgers; several cousins, great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence "Lefty" Rehkopf, mother and father, and her sister, Imagene Tindell.
Services will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday, August 8, 2002 at Ted Dickey Funeral Home Chapel in Plano. Interment will follow at 3:30 pm at Statesline Cemetery in Texarkana, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Nell's name to the Scottish-Rites, Humane Society, and the Guide Dog Foundation.
